Stucco
System description
Stucco is a long stranding traditional exterior cladding and for good reason. Stucco is an economical to install and provides a hard and tough barrier for the exterior of a structure. Parex offers the Armourwall family of stucco assemblies to with a number of different features to meet the needs of building owners. From enhanced moisture protection to improved crack suppression, Parex Armourwall stucco solutions allow building owners to select the correct stucco assembly to best match stucco design and performance with their economical needs.
-
Economical To Install
Simply defined, an R-value quantifies how hard it is for energy to move through a wall assembly.
-
Enhanced Moisture Protection
Simply defined, an R-value quantifies how hard it is for energy to move through a wall assembly.

Armourwall 100 has a min. 3/8 inch total thickness - or thicker if required by a fire resistance rated or STC rated system and a maximum in accordance with ASTM C926. As a stucco system, Armourwall 100 provides a durable exterior. This system utilizes Parex Armourwall Stucco Base Concentrate or Armourwall Stucco Base Sanded. A range of Parex finish and coatings options can be applied over the stucco base with varying levels of warranty coverage dependent on the type of finish selected.
Armourwall 100 WaterMaster provides the same durable benefits and aesthetic beauty of standard Armourwall 100 but comes with WeatherSeal, a liquid applied water resistive barrier and air barrier. The use of WeatherSeal as the liquid resistive barrier is superior to paper based water-resistive barriers because there are no issues with rips or tears in the paper thus providing a continuous layer of moisture protection. Furthermore, the liquid applied water-resistive barrier in Armourwall 100 WaterMaster acts as an air barrier as well. This allows a structures climate control systems to operate more efficiently and saves the building owner money. Armourwall 100 WaterMaster is an exceptional upgrade to any structure.
Armourwall 300 has a min. 3/4 inch total thickness - or thicker if required by a fire resistance rated or STC rated system maximum in accordance with ASTM C926. As a stucco system, Armourwall 300 provides a durable exterior and a unique and refined look. This system utilizes either Parex Fiber 47 Armourwall Scratch & Brown sanded or concentrate. A range of Parex finish and coating options can be applied over the stucco base with varying levels of warranty coverage dependent on the type of finish selected. Armourwall 300 is a superior choice over field mix stucco as the contents for the system come from a quality controlled manufacture source.

Parex Armourwall 100 CI is an insulated standard stucco system and has a min. 3/8 inch total thickness - or thicker if required by a fire resistance rated or STC rated system and a maximum in accordance with ASTM C926 that include includes a layer of continuous insulation up to 2 inches. As an insulated stucco system, Parex Armourwall 100 CI provides a durable exterior with an energy saving layer of continuous insulation. This use of continuous insulation covers "thermal breaks" in wall systems and significantly enhances any structure's insulative performance. This assembly utilizes a layer of continuous insulation and either Parex Armourwall Stucco Base Concentrate or Parex Armourwall Stucco Base Sanded. A range of Parex finish and coating options can be applied over the stucco base with varying levels of warranty coverage dependent on the type of either finish or coating selected.
