Parex USA Masonry Veneer System over Stucco (MVS-Standard) combines the aesthetics of tile, bricks and stone with the durability of stucco assemblies.
MVS over Stucco comes with a liquid applied water resistive barrier and air barrier. The use of a liquid applied water resistive barrier is superior to paper based water-resistive barriers because there are no issues with rips or tears in the paper thus providing a continuous layer of moisture protection. Furthermore, the liquid applied water-resistive barrier act as an air barrier as well. This allows a structures climate control systems to operate more efficiently and saves the building owner money.
