Optimum EIFS is premium classic EIF system. Like Standard EIFS, this system also offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. Optimum EIFS features a premium base coat and adhesive and a premium finish. The use of these two components allows Parex to back this system with an improved warranty and ensure that your building maintains its aesthetic appeal for a longer duration.

Standard WaterMaster LCR is our base drainage EIF system.  This system offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. The EPS Foam is mechanically attached. Standard WaterMaster LCR includes the use of a water-resistive barrier and drainage for incidental moisture. These two features deliver an improved level of moisture protection over classic EIF systems. This is achieved through the use of stucco wrap water resistive barriers which provides both drainage and acts as a water-resistive barrier and is mechanically attached.

Standard WaterMaster LCR - DM :  A Class PB EIFS distinguished by installation with drainage mat.  It features expanded polystyrene (EPS) board mechanically fastened over a three dimensional drainage mat and a code compliant water-resistive barrier.

Standard WaterMaster LCR - GX: A Class PB EIFS distinguished by mechanical installation with grooved drainage board.  It features grooved expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation board mechanically fastened over a code compliant water-resistive barrier.

This liquid applied water-resistive barrier also acts as an air barrier allowing for climate control systems to operate more efficiently. Drainage is achieved through vertical ribbons of adhesive providing a larger drainage plane for incidental moisture.

Additionally, this system employs an extra layer of moisture protection and energy savings by using a Parex water-resistive barrier and air barrier. Installation time is saved by using the Parex water-resistive barrier as adhesive attachment for EPS foam.
