Standard EIFS

Standard EIFS

Standard EIFS is classic EIF system. This system offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. Typically utilizes adhesive attachment of EPS foam. The system can also be upgraded to use heavier weights of mesh to allow for superior impact resistance. Range of finish and color options provide for nearly unlimited design creativity.

Optimum EIFS

Optimum EIFS

Optimum EIFS is premium classic EIF system. Like Standard EIFS, this system also offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. Optimum EIFS features a premium base coat and adhesive and a premium finish. The use of these two components allows Parex to back this system with an improved warranty and ensure that your building maintains its aesthetic appeal for a longer duration.

Standard WaterMaster LCR EIFS

Standard WaterMaster LCR EIFS

Standard WaterMaster LCR is our base drainage EIF system.  This system offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. The EPS Foam is mechanically attached. Standard WaterMaster LCR includes the use of a water-resistive barrier and drainage for incidental moisture. These two features deliver an improved level of moisture protection over classic EIF systems. This is achieved through the use of stucco wrap water resistive barriers which provides both drainage and acts as a water-resistive barrier and is mechanically attached.

Standard WaterMaster LCR - DM :  A Class PB EIFS distinguished by installation with drainage mat.  It features expanded polystyrene (EPS) board mechanically fastened over a three dimensional drainage mat and a code compliant water-resistive barrier.

Standard WaterMaster LCR - GX: A Class PB EIFS distinguished by mechanical installation with grooved drainage board.  It features grooved expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation board mechanically fastened over a code compliant water-resistive barrier.

Optimum WaterMaster LCR EIFS

Optimum WaterMaster LCR EIFS

Optimum WaterMaster LCR is our premium base drainage EIF system. Like Standard WaterMaster EIFS, this system offers the base level of benefits found in a classic EIF system and the superior moisture protection found in a base drainage system. However, Optimum WaterMaster LCR EIFS makes use of a premium base coat & adhesive as well as premium finish. The use of these two components allows Parex to back this system with an improved warranty and ensure that your building maintains its aesthetic appeal for a longer duration.

Standard WaterMaster EIFS

Standard WaterMaster EIFS

Standard WaterMaster is our premium drainage EIF system. Like Standard EIFS, this system also offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation.  This system is superior in that the water-resistive barrier is liquid applied which means less chance of rips and tears. This liquid applied water-resistive barrier also acts as an air barrier allowing for climate control systems to operate more efficiently. Drainage is achieved through vertical ribbons of adhesive providing a larger drainage plane for incidental moisture.

Standard WaterMaster GX:  A Class PB EIFS distinguished by adhesive installation with grooved drainage board.  It features grooved expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation board adhesively attached over a code compliant air & water-resistive barrier.

Optimum WaterMaster EIFS

Optimum WaterMaster EIFS

Optimum WaterMaster is our elite EIF system. Like the Standard WaterMaster, Optimum WaterMaster has all the benefits of the base level EIF system and premium drainage system. However, Optimum WaterMaster EIFS makes use of a premium base coat & adhesive as well as premium finish. The use of these two components allows Parex to back this system with an improved warranty and ensure that your building maintains its aesthetic appeal for a longer duration.

Green EIFS Assemblies

Green EIFS Assemblies

Green EIFS - A Standard WaterMaster System that incorporates Parex's unique green products to enhance the ease of design for projects seeking maximum sustainability or LEED credits.  From innovative packaging designs to practical, resource-friendly, high performance products, Parex makes designing green easier.

Note:

  • Parex EIFS products must be assembled as a system. Only Parex products or Parex USA approved products can be used to build the specified system. Failure to do so will void the warranty. Warranties are available upon request and will be issued to Parex USA currently listed applicators (CLA).
  • Parex USA applicators (CLA) status must be obtained prior to the start of the job.
  • Parex EIFS specifications and recommendations must be followed. Information can be found on the Parex website. Parex EIFS products should only be installed by Parex USA currently listed applicators (CLA).
  • Speciality EIFS Assemblies: EIF Systems are available in a variety of configurations that can be engineered to meet specific design requirements. Those provided above are the most commonly specified. Please contact our Architectural Sales or Technical Support Teams for more design options that can help you create an energy efficient, code compliant, EIFS assembly with unlimited aesthetic flexibility. If you can Envision it... We can help you bring it to life!
