210 Armourwall Stucco Base Concentrate

A fiber reinforced stucco base concentrate. Factory prepared mixture of portland cement, fibers, and proprietary ingredients. Specified sand is added at the job site. Can be installed up to 1/2 in. (12.7mm) in one application.

Fiber 47 Armourwall Scratch & Brown Concentrate

A fiber-reinforced factory blended cement scratch and brown coat for use in stucco conforming to ASTM C 926. Factory prepared blend of portland cement, lime, fibers, and proprietary ingredients. Specified sand conforming to ASTM C 897 is added at job site. Can be installed up to 3/8 in. 9.5 mm) thick in one application.

Fiber 47 Armourwall Scratch & Brown Sanded

MicaMax 3

NEW PRODUCT – MicaMax 3 is an acrylic-based textured finish, basecoat and adhesive-in-one. This 3-in-1 product incorporates Miox and Natural Mica for unique metallic accents in the finish. Can also be used as a basecoat for Parex EIFS and an adhesive to laminate EPS to listed substrates.

MicaMax 3 is offered in four textures:

Parex USA 352 Adhesive Mesh

4.5 oz. fiberglass mesh. Self Adhesive, facilitates the wrapping of complex contours. Highly flexible for details. Alkali resistant. Used for backwrapping, corners, reveals and trims.

Parex USA 355 Standard Mesh

4.5 oz fiberglass 38 in. (96.5 cm) mesh. Is highly flexible for full walls or details. Is alkali-resistant. Standard reinforcement of Parex USA EIFS walls for impact resistance and details. Required in combination with Parex 358.14 High Impact Mesh or 358.20 Ultra High Impact Mesh. May be used in Parex USA Krak-Shield assemblies.

Parex USA 356 Short Detail Mesh

4.5 oz fiberglass mesh 9.5 in. (24 cm) wide. Is highly flexible for use on details and is alkali-resistant. Ideal for use in backwrapping , corners, reveals and trim.

Parex USA 357 Corner Mesh

7.2 oz fiberglass 19 in. (48.2 cm) mesh. Is a heavy duty factory pre-bent mesh used to fold uniformly around corners. Designed to enhance impact and abuse resistance at corners. Is alkali-resistant.

Parex USA 358.10 Intermediate Impact Mesh

12 oz fiberglass 38 in. (96.5 cm) mesh. Is an intermediate strength mesg used to enhance impact and abuse resistance. Is alkali-resistant. Use with Parex USA EIFS to achieve EIMA’s medium impact strength classification. May be used in Parex USA Krak-Shield assembly.

Parex USA 358.14 High Impact Mesh

15 oz fiberglass 38 in. (96.5 cm) mesh. A high strength mesh used to enhance impact and abuse resistance. Is alkali resistant. Use with Parex USA EIFS to achieve EIMA’s high-impact strength classification.

Parex USA 358.20 Ultra High Impact Mesh

20 oz fiberglass 38 in. (96.5 cm) mesh. Is an ultra high strength mesh used to enhance impact and abuse resistance. IS alkali-resistant. Use with Parex USA EIFS to achieve EIMA’s ultra-high impact strength classification.

Parex USA 365 Flashing Membrane

Parex USA 365 Flashing Membrane is a self-sealing rubberized asphalt membrane that functions as a moisture and air barrier. It is 30 mils (0.75 mm) thick and black in color. It can be applied to various substrates such as wood, metal, gypsum sheathing and to house wrap and other weather resistive barriers. The Parex USA 365 Flashing Membrane is unique: it is faced with a non-woven, integrally bonded fabric that enables adhesion of Parex adhesives. It functions as a seal and flashing at sills of rough openings, deck framing, etc., interfacing with the building substrate and other weather resistive barriers.

Parex USA 369 DrainEdge

Speeds and simplifies application of the WaterMaster systems and assemblies. Eliminates need for pre-wrapping or rasping the back of boards at terminations. Eliminates the need for mineral wool and track at terminations.

Parex USA 396 Sheathing Tape

Non-woven fabric used to tape the joints of the sheathing boards to which a Parex liquid water-resistive barrier is applied.

Parex USA 600 Clear Sealer

Parex USA 610 Matte Clear Sealer

Parex USA Accel-Dry

Accel-Dry is an acrylic and elastomeric finish accelerator.  Accel-Dry admix is ideal for wet and cold climates as it allows finishes to dry quicker.  This is a key feature for jobs that might face inclement weather or need to be completed quickly.

Parex USA Accel-Pak - Rapid Setting Admix

Rapid set admix for any Parex USA polymer modified EIFS Base Coat & Adhesive to reduce set time for Winter weather or quick EIFS patch & repair work.

Parex USA Primer

A 100% acrylic-based primer. Reduces the chance of efflorescence which may result from the cement content of various bases. Enhances the appearance and uniformity of the finish. Water-vapor permeable. Does not create a vapor retarder. Improves finish coverage.

Parex USA PrimeShield

Is a 100 percent acrylic-based primer that improves the mechanical bond of the finish to the stucco substrate. PrimeShield reduces the chance of efflorescence which may result from the cement content of various bases. It also enhances the appearance and uniformity of the finish. The product is water-vapor permeable and does not create a vapor retarder.

Parex USA Quick Base

A base coat and adhesive for Parex EIFS. Single component 100% acrylic polymer base. Ready to use, applied without the addition of cement. First EIFS base coat & adhesive to be packaged in a box for easier waste management on the jobsite and less impact on landfills.

Parex USA Pro-Tect

Pro-Tect is a clear water repellant used to protect stucco, masonry and mature concrete from water, enhancing the beauty of cementitious stucco, masonry and mature concrete by improving stain resistance. Pro-Tect maintains the beauty of stucco by reducing susceptibility to freeze-thaw damage, efflorescence, biological growth. Available in both one and five gallons.

Parex USA Quik Cure

Is a water-based acrylic curing membrane formulated to provide excellent performance in the water retention section of ASTM C-309. QuickCure provides a curing membrane over cementitious surfaces allowing finishes to be applied quickly, while protecting against delamination and efflorescence. The product provides a sound, sealed substrate for a uniform finish over either stucco or concrete.

Parex USA Sandable Basecoat

A 100% Acrylic sandable basecoat that comes as a white base. It enhances the appearance and uniformity of smooth finishes. It can be easily recoated with Parex USA Allegro II. Ideal over EIFS basecoats, stucco basecoats, stucco finishes, and interior drywall.

Parex USA Silicone Additive

Provides enhanced UV protection for finishes and coatings to prevent damage from the sun and improves water repellency of any Parex USA or finish.

Parex USA Stucco Mesh

4.5 oz fiberglass 38 in. (96.5 cm) mesh. For increased crack reduction and strength. Embed in Stucco Level Coat to smooth and level surface for finish. Use with Krak-Shield and Krak-Master stucco assemblies. Not for use on EIFS.

Parex USA Stucco Level Coat

Stucco Level Coat is a surface leveler and mesh adhesive for use in Parex USA Krak-Shield assemblies. Bonds to stucco brown coat. Can be applied in a thin layer. Applied without the addition of cement. Mixed on site with water only. Excellent workability.

Additional dose of biocide protectant formulated at the manufacturing plant.

Parex USA WeatherTech WeatherBlock Spray & Roll On

A 100% Acrylic co-polymer fast drying vapor retarder, elastomeric waterproof and air barrier coating which can be either rolled, brushed, or spray applied. Is designed for use as vapor retarder behind exterior claddings. Is extremely flexible: can bridge cracks and accommodate small movements up to 1/32 in. (0.8mm). Bridges 1/4 in. (6mm) gaps at sheathing board joints with Parex USA 396 Sheathing Tape embedded.

Parex USA WeatherTech WeatherSeal BG

A Single-component, non-fibrated, asphalt modified, neoprene waterproofing membrane which can be either troweled, rolled, brushed, or spray applied. Designed to provide high-performance below grade protection from positive side water pressure. Allows low levels of moisture vapor to escape to prevent blistering and delamination of the applied membrane while prohibiting infiltration of moisture through foundation walls, footings, retaining walls, planter boxes and between slab. Solvent free formulation incorporate anti-microbial additive to prevent mold and mildew growth.
