Anaheim, CA — July 22, 2008 - Parex a leading producer of Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems (EIFS), today announced the launch of Tuffstone Granite to their family of products. This product was developed to give the look, feel and beauty of a granite finish at a fraction of the cost.
Unlike granite, you don't need to deal with the weight, cost and extensive lead times that are typical with the use of real granite. This product is designed for interior and exterior use and is sure to enhance the curb appeal of any building.
This product comes in 10 standard colors and new color charts are available online to distributors for ordering with the literature ID of PTSCSCC. These 10 colors were designed to simulate the most popular colors in the market. The product is an "equal to" Dryvit's Terra Neo series.

Pre-sanded products eliminates the practice of "guesstimating" the amount of sand added to the product, which helps to ensure a more consistent quality product overall. This also means that there is no need for sand piles on site and storm drains are no longer an issue.
Used under cement stucco or acrylic finishes, both LaHabra Wall Sanded One-Coat and BasicC926 Sanded Scratch & Brown are pump-able products providing additional applicator convenience. BasicC926 Sanded goes beyond normal quality control measures meeting or exceeding ASTM C926 standards. Packaged in 80 lb. bags and 3,000 lb. super sacks, these products are available through our network of West coast distributors.
