DESCRIPTION:
 100 percent acrylic-based textured coating offering
DPR (Dirt Pick-up Resistance): The surface of the coating hardens and does not soften again under heat. The non-tacky surface provides high resistance to accumulation of dirt, mold, and pollutants
Excellent hiding power as well as flexibility and drying characteristics
Mixed on site with water
Integrally colored with high quality pigments
USES:
Parex Textured Coating is used as:
A protective and decorative exterior or interior coating over concrete, masonry, stucco, or acrylic-based textured finishes. Compatible with Parex finishes, may be applied over them
To promote color uniformity of repaired and modified surfaces
To color architectural details and graphics on any of the Parex finish coatings
Recoating existing EIFS
COMPOSITION:
Binder Bse: 100 percent acrylic
Color: White or tinted to desired color
Pigment Base: Titanium dioxide
Water base: VOC-Compliant
PROPERTIES:
Appearance: Flat non-gloss sanded texture
Vapor Permeability: Water vapor permeable. Does not create a vapor barrier
